Part B is modified isocyanate, and it is micro-pore elastomer which adopts cold moding. It has excellent mechanical and anti-fatigue property. Also, with short production cycle, high efficiency and low energy consumption. So, it is widely applied to manufacture air filter cores of cores of cars, ships, construction machinery, generator and other internal combustion machinery’s.

Instructions:

1. Material-A should stirred evenly with plastic hand electric drill, material-B can shake, before used.

6. Pour the Mixed liquid into mould, then put the paper element and give a little pressure on it. 8-15 minutes later you can bring the mould down
